2. What sales tax will be applied?
– All sales are taxed for a Missouri sale at 6.25%.
3. Do you charge sales tax on all items?
– No, certain tax exempt items will not have any Missouri sales tax.
4. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
– Contact us to initiate a return. Shipping and handling will be assessed for the item.
5. How do I ship my firearm to you?
– Once a service has been selected and a deposit has been made we’ll work with the Federal
Firearms Licensee near you to identify and begin the shipping process.
6. How do I get my gun back when you’re finished?
– Once the work is completed, we will ship the firearm back to your FFL and notify you of the
tracking number and estimated delievery date. Once the firearm arrives, the FFL should
contact you about receipt.
7. Can I just pick up my firearm?
– Yes! You are welcome to come and retrieve your firearm from our store in Alton.
